Despacho Epónimo, S.A. de C.V. (”Eponymous Firm, Ltd.”) is a Mexico City-based legal and design firm, founded and registered in 2024. Structured as a small business, our organization resembles what is known in the United States—Mexico’s foremost business partner—as a Limited Liability Company (LLC or Ltd.). An English version of our Digital Portal and archive will soon be under development. Beginning in Spring 2025, we will be available for international collaborations on projects within Mexico and abroad.
Our DESIGN Hemisphere is research-driven, specializing in technically and conceptually sophisticated architectural projects which optimize resource allocation, regardless of scale or program. For international business prospects—from startups to established companies expanding into Mexico—our Legal Hemisphere provides comprehensive services to ensure full compliance with local legal and ethical requirements as they pertain to corporate regulatory and sustainability standards.
International collaborators partnering with us—whether for design, legal services, or both—gain the advantage of our local expertise and sensitivity coupled with an understanding of the global, contemporary zeitgeist. We warmly invite you to reach out to discuss how we can collaborate on bespoke legal and/or design solutions.
As you continue to scroll down, please enjoy browsing through a selection of our family’s postcards from Mexico and around the world, which toghether reflect our Firm’s ethos of recognizing our shared consciousness and unity, thinking locally, acting globally.
